This role sits at the centre of digital delivery. The client is preparing for a major platform implementation in the form of a new ERP system for one of their Defence clients. In turn they require a Business Change Manager to lead the workforce and operational side of that programme from mobilisation through to adoption. What you'll do: Lead business change activity across enterprise system implementations and digital transformation initiatives Assess operational impact of the new ERP system Develop practical adoption, training and engagement plans for stakeholders and users Identify change risks early and put mitigation plans in place Align change activity with programme governance and delivery milestones Provide clear reporting to senior technology and programme leadership on change readiness and benefits realisation.
