ServiceNow Platform Engineer (Contract)We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team, working on the build and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a complex digital environment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, shaping technical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver real business impact.What You'll Be DoingBuilding and enhancing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet evolving business needsTranslating requirements into robust technical designs and scalable solutionsDeveloping integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and modern web technologiesSupporting testing activities, including UAT and defect resolutionWorking collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintaining high-quality documentation and coding standardsIdentifying opportunities for platform improvement and optimisationWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience working on the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacityHands-on expertise in scripting, configuration, and platform developmentExperience with modules such as GRC, IRM, or SPMGood knowledge of JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSONUnderstanding of structured delivery approaches such as Agile or WaterfallAbility to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholdersNice to HaveServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS)Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environmentsExposure to solution design or technical leadership activitiesPlease Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via Call/Email.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
