About the Role
Are you a hands-on, practical person who enjoys solving problems and working in a busy environment? complete classroom services are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Facilities Officer to join our dynamic Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of two thriving schools
Key Responsibilities
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of school premises
* Perform general maintenance, repairs, and site checks
* Assist in the setup and breakdown for school events and activities
* Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for staff and students
* Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and decorating tasks
* Work collaboratively with the site and teaching teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A good level of general DIY skills and a practical mindset
* Willingness and ability to learn and expand existing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills (e.g., using email, digital records)
* High levels of physical fitness and ability to work at height
* A proactive, energetic, and resilient approach to tasks
* A smart and professional appearance
* Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends if required
* A genuine commitment to working in a school environment with young people
