We’re Hiring: SE Production Lead

Work remotely full time and visit all places of business

2 days per week in the office in Smallfield, Surrey

Are you a skilled production lead who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Know Mean Feat Group, a leading marketing production agency, is looking for an SE Production Lead to help drive strategic campaign delivery and lead cross-functional teams across 3D, print, installation, and client services.

You’ll work closely with our Account Director and Production Director to ensure every campaign meets client expectations while maintaining the highest business and creative standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Own campaign delivery from kick-off to completion - on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Act as a key client contact, managing expectations and presenting CPAs and performance reports.
• Collaborate across departments including 3D engineering, print, and installation.
• Manage campaign budgets and contribute to business performance targets (14% EBITDA).
• Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep communication clear at every step.

• Confidence working across creative and technical departments.
• Proficiency in tools like NetSuite (or similar project/accounting platforms) is a bonus.
