The Role:
Provide remote and on-site second-line IT support to internal users across multiple locations
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly
Maintain and monitor core IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and cloud services
Install and configure new hardware and software with minimal disruption to operations
Contribute to cybersecurity efforts by supporting patch management and promoting best practices
Assist senior engineers on larger-scale projects and more complex technical problems
Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and timely resolution of support tickets
