Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £82.08 per day Contract: Full Time, Part-Time, Day to Day Start Date: 01.01.2026

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

Working with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning

Assisting in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources

Providing support for pupils with additional needs and ensuring inclusive learning

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a classroom or working with young people is desirable

A strong interest in secondary education and pupil development

Good communication and teamwork skills

Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

A willingness to undertake any necessary training or qualifications
