Security Engineer / Installer Midlands Based | Up to £42,000 + Excellent Package | Permanent We’re partnering with a growing and well-established security solutions provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Security Engineer / Installer into their engineering team. This is a remote, Midlands-based role with no travel outside your region, offering stability, work–life balance, and genuine development opportunities. The Role As a key member of the engineering team, you will :

Install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance and efficient fault-finding Ensure all work aligns with BS EN 50131, PD 6662, SSAIB / NSI and GDPR requirements Deliver clear system guidance and excellent customer service to clients Complete accurate job sheets, reports and compliance documentation Work closely with operations and support junior engineers when required

About You We are looking for :

A minimum of three years’ experience working on intruder alarms, CCTV and access control Strong technical knowledge of IP / analogue CCTV, fault diagnosis and commissioning A solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, 18th Edition, SSAIB / NSI) – desirable Full UK driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS check Strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a customer-focused approach
