As a teacher in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEMH needs.

The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting.

A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.

A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.

Requirements: Fully qualified teacher status Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies.

Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
