MPS/UPS with SEN Allowance Full-time role starting in Easter continuing for the academic year and beyond. Lead and develop a pioneering SEMH provision within a mainstream setting. Work closely with a highly experienced leadership team to implement innovative strategies. Be part of a rapidly growing programme, shaping the future of SEMH support in mainstream schools. SEMH Teacher | The Role: Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils with SEMH needs. Support pupils emotional regulation, engagement, and academic progress. Collaborate with the pastoral, SEN, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective interventions. Contribute to the development and expansion of the SEMH provision, influencing curriculum design and classroom strategies.
