A lovely school in Yate are looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant who has experience with SEN / ASD / ADHD.
£90 - £125 per day, depending on experience Full - Time - Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Term time only BS37 location, easily accessible by public transportThis SEMH Teaching Assistant role in Yate will be working with a Year 6 pupil 1:1 who has ASD and ADHD. Your role as SEMH Teaching Assistant may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom. Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions. Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department. Keeping track and recording pupil progress.At this Primary School you will be well supported and promote teamwork to develop the best structure for the students. What we need from you
