Your Role:

Support students with SEMH, Autism and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small-group basis. Build trust, provide emotional support and help learners re-engage with education. Work closely with teachers, mentors and behaviour leads to implement individual support plans. Encourage personal growth, resilience and positive choices. We’re Looking For:

At least 6 months’ experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour. Experience within a PRU, Alternative Provision or SEND setting is highly desirable. A patient, empathetic and proactive approach. A passion for helping students achieve their full potential — academically and personally. ✅ Why Join Us?
