This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in preparing final accounts and using a range of accounting software, who is looking to take the next step in their career.The Role:As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to a varied client portfolio, while also supporting junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of accounts for sole traders and limited companiesReconciliation of profit and loss accounts and balance sheetsCompletion of corporation tax returnsPreparation of self-assessment tax returnsHandling quarterly Making Tax Digital (MTD) income tax submissionsSupporting and training junior staffWorking with accounting software including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and IRISThe Ideal Candidate:23 years experience within an accountancy practiceAAT qualifiedStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident using a variety of accounting softwareAbility to manage workload and meet deadlinesWhats on Offer:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Opportunity for career progressionSupportive and collaborative working environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
