In this education and training role, you will:
Deliver engaging, nurture-based lessons to small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Support pupils with SEMH needs, with a focus on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Consistently apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches
Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral staff, therapists, and external professionals
Create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued

About You - SEN Class Teacher - Luton
We are looking for an individual who:
Holds QTS or QTLS (desirable), or has substantial experience in an SEN/SEMH setting
Has experience working with KS2 pupils with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs
Demonstrates resilience, patience, and consistency
Is skilled in building positive, restorative relationships
Can commute to Luton
Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
Is motivated to engage in ongoing professional development
