The Role - SEN Learning Support Assistant
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 14-19 within a KS4 and KS5 alternative provision environment. You will work alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils remain engaged with lessons and access the curriculum. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges and barriers to learning, encouraging positive behaviour, improving engagement and helping pupils develop confidence and independence within a structured setting.
The School - SEN Learning Support Assistant
This specialist alternative provision is located in the London Borough of Bromley and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The provision supports pupils aged 14-19 who require additional behavioural, emotional and academic support to re-engage with education.
