- SEN Learning Support Assistant Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 14-19 within a KS4 and KS5 alternative provision environment.

You will work alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils remain engaged with lessons and access the curriculum.

The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges and barriers to learning, encouraging positive behaviour, improving engagement and helping pupils develop confidence and independence within a structured setting.
