SEN Primary Teacher – Tameside Location: Tameside Pay: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time | Long-term (with potential for permanent)
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Tameside area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a nurturing environment supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
This role is open to:
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) / Graduate Teachers Primary Teachers without previous SEN experience who have a strong interest in developing within SEN Experienced teachers looking to transition into a specialist setting The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs Support pupils with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and learning needs Create a structured, inclusive and supportive classroom environment Work closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and wider staff to support pupil progress Monitor, assess and adapt teaching to support individual development and outcomes Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A positive, patient and flexible approach Strong classroom management and communication skills A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Willingness to learn and develop SEN knowledge and strategies What We Offer:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
