Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a strong background in SEND? An inclusive and supportive primary school in Enfield is seeking a full-time SEN Primary Teacher to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with SEND experience or a more experienced SEN teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing school environment.
You will be responsible for leading a class of pupils with SEND and additional needs, creating a structured and encouraging environment where every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.
Delivering personalised and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, confidence and a love of learning, using positive behaviour strategies and therapeutic approaches, Collaborating closely with support staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic support
We're looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching pupils with SEND
Understands inclusive teaching practices and differentiated planning
Is confident in using positive, therapeutic behaviour management approaches
Can assess progress effectively and adapt teaching responsively
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is patient, reflective and committed to the success of every child
