SEN Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs & Community Support (KS4 Focus)

Full-time | Term-time | Stevenage

Are you passionate about supporting young people who face barriers to learning? We are looking for a resilient, proactive, and relationship-driven SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students with complex needs both on site and within the community in the Stevenage area.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting students in a range of environments, including off-site locations, alternative learning spaces, and community-based activities.
