We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher to work in a PRU or Education Unit, The successful candidate will: Deliver personalised, engaging and creative lessons to small groups Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches Work closely with a strong multi-disciplinary team including SENCOs, behaviour specialists, and pastoral staff Implement EHCP targets and differentiated learning plans Build positive relationships with pupils, many of whom may have experienced disrupted education Contribute to a culture of high expectations, mutual respect, and emotional wellbeing Experience working in a PRU or similar setting is a must.
