Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ASC

* Create structured and predictable classroom environments

* Develop and review EHCP targets and individual learning plans

* Support communication and social skills development using visual strategies

* Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly

* Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals

* Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies Requirements * QTS or equivalent

* Experience working with SEN pupils, ideally within an ASC setting

* Understanding of autism-friendly teaching approaches and structured learning

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
