As an SEN Teacher, you will: Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles and EHCP requirements. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have faced previous barriers to learning. Work closely with a strong support team—including behaviour mentors, teaching assistants, and therapy staff—to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage positive behaviour and develop pupils’ social and communication skills through structured routines and restorative approaches. A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision. Creative in your teaching approach and confident differentiating learning to meet diverse needs. Skilled in behaviour management, de-escalation, and relationship-focused teaching strategies. Motivated to help pupils re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills. Competitive salary.
