Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary SEN school in Barking & Dagenham, working with pupils with Autism and complex needs.
The school has a strong emphasis on personalised learning, communication, and preparing pupils for independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
Support behaviour using positive strategies
Work closely with support staff and therapists
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
QTS
Experience in SEN or a strong interest in the field
Commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
