The Role:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Build strong relationships to support pupil confidence and engagement
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

QTS or equivalent (essential)
Experience working with SEN or additional needs (desirable)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
Passion for inclusive education and supporting every learnerWhat's on offer:
