The Role – SEN Teacher
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting and working with a unit of 6–7 pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 who are currently working at EYFS level. The successful candidate will plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, promoting academic and personal development. You will provide a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, valued and encouraged to succeed. Strong behaviour management and experience supporting children with complex needs are essential. Prior experience in a provision or SEN school and QTS is essential.
