A specialist SEN school in Luton (LU2) is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from January, working all of the Spring Term, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role from Easter.
This role is well-suited to an SEN Teacher with experience supporting pupils with complex needs, including non-verbal communication and behaviours that challenge, within a structured and supportive environment.

About the Role: The successful SEN Teacher will deliver adapted and engaging lessons to pupils with additional needs, working closely with support staff to ensure pupils are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. The role involves supporting pupils who may be non-verbal and require a calm, consistent approach to learning and behaviour support.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • SEN school or specialist provision experience • Confidence supporting non-verbal pupils and managing behaviours that challenge • Calm, patient, and consistent classroom practice • Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
