Are you a passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in a nurturing and supportive environment? We are working with a small, specialist independent school in East Sussex catering to children aged 5-11 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and SEMH. We are now looking for an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a lovely school's team on a part-time basis (4 days a week).

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you'll lead a small mixed-ability class (not grouped by age) in a setting where learning is child-centred and flexible. You'll deliver a highly engaging, creative curriculum that includes:

Interactive play-based learning Arts and crafts Life skills and sensory activitiesWhat We Offer:

A qualified and experienced SEN Teacher Proven experience supporting children with Autism and/or SEMH needs Ability to adapt lessons to suit diverse needs and developmental levels A calm, patient and nurturing approach Someone who values emotional development as much as academic progress A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to the school's rural location)This SEN Teacher role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a child-led, therapeutic setting where no two days are the same and the focus is on holistic progress.
