Alternative Provision / SEN Teacher We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Alternative Provision / SEN Teacher to support students who require additional support outside of mainstream classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or behavioural challenges Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Develop and implement personalised learning plans Monitor, assess, and report on student progress Work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing About You Qualified Teacher xehkeey Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with SEN students or in alternative provision settings Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach Committed to inclusion and student progress
