SEN Teacher

to support pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the importance of structure, patience, and flexibility within specialist provision, and who values progress in all its forms - academic, social, and emotional.

About the Role

Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets

Teach and support pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning profiles

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to ensure consistency and stability

Implement effective behaviour and regulation strategies

What We're Looking For

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
