We're working with a welcoming primary school in Southmead, Bristol to recruita dedicated and compassionate SEN TeachingAssistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturinglearning environments.
??Your Role WillInclude: * Providing tailoredsupport to a specific pupil with additional learning needs * Collaborating withclass teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans * Building apositive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress * Supportingemotional regulation and social development
* Assisting withclassroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
?? What We're Looking For: * A caring,empathetic, and patient approach * Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills * Experiencesupporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
* Level 2 or 3Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
