Temporary Full-time Specialism: SEN Teaching Assistant Education & Training Hays Education are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in the Crowborough area. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and sensory challenges. Adapt quickly to different school settings and maintain consistency for pupils. Teaching Assistant qualification desirable Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN in a school or care setting. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting schools at short notice.
