They are looking for caring, energetic, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. What You'll Be Doing Supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis Helping with classroom activities, sensory support, and structured routines Working alongside teachers and therapists to create positive learning experiences Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well-being Bringing patience, positivity, and creativity to every day What you'll need to succeed Experience in SEN, care, support work or a school environment A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach Someone who can adapt, think on their feet, and celebrate the small wins Reliability and a passion for helping young people succeed What you'll get in return Full-time hours in a highly supportive setting.
