END Teaching Assistant - Nottingham

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming school in Nottingham.

The role:

Work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their individual learning goals.

Assist with creating an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment.

Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development as well as academic progress.

About you:

Experience working with children with SEND, either in a school or similar setting.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to meet individual needs.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting every child to thrive.
