Tradewind recruitment are currently looking for several SEND specialist Teaching Assistants to work in Mainstream Primary Schools in South Liverpool, to provide support to a diverse range of students.\n\nWe are currently working with several welcoming and inclusive primary schools to support their pupils in the classroom. The roles are likely to be in 121 settings, working with one or multiple students to support and nurture their learning and development. Experience previously supporting children in a Support or Educational environment is essential with relevant qualifications desired.

\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:\n\nProvide tailored 1:1 and small group support for children with a range of SEN needs\n\nAssist in developing and delivering individual education plans (IEPs)\n\nCollaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external specialists\n\nSupport pupils with autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and other learning challenges\n\nHelp create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive\n\nAbout You:\n\nTo be considered for this role, you should have:\n\nEssential: Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or educational setting\n\nA caring, patient, and resilient approach\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships\n\nAn understanding of safeguarding and the ability to follow school policies\n\nA relevant qualification in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nA warm and supportive school environment\n\nOngoing professional development and training opportunities\n\nThe chance to make a lasting difference in children's lives\n\nIf this is the perfect role for you, apply now or contact Oli Brentville on (phone number removed) or via email at for more information
