We are searching for a motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive secondary school in Lichfield. This full-time role is set to begin in December 2025, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Your Role Will Include: Supporting students with a range of SEN needs on a one-to-one and small-group basis

Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging, accessible, and well-structured lessons

Adapting learning materials and strategies to suit individual needs

Promoting confidence, independence, and positive engagement in lessons

Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide consistent, high-quality support

Were Looking for Someone Who: Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all degree backgrounds welcome)

Ideally has experience supporting young people with SEN (training available)

Brings patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed

Communicates effectively, works well with others, and is keen to continue developing professionally

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
