Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans.
• Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day.
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
• A calm and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant ready to commit to a long-term role.
