Who This Role Suits
This position would be ideal if you are: An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or A Psychology (or related) graduate keen to gain practical experience Able to travel to Dunstable Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Key SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs Delivering 1:1 and small-group support Assisting teachers with individual learning plans Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
Patient, caring, and dependable Experienced working with children (SEN experience is a bonus, not a must) A strong team player with a proactive mindset Passionate about education and making a difference Able to commute to Dunstable
