SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Full Time Location: Haywards Heath and surrounding areas Agency: Academics / Term Time Teachers
Primary schools in and around Haywards Heath are currently seeking Full Time SEN Teaching Assistants (TA's) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive school environments and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom management Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:
Experience working with children or individuals with SEN is desirable A positive, patient and supportive approach Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one Available to work full time during term timeWhat We Offer:
