The Role
SEN Teaching Assistant The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant is to support 1 pupil with ASD in KS2. This position requires someone who is patient, understanding, and nurturing, ensuring the pupils individual needs are met and that they feel valued and supported within the classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children with SEN.
