SEN Teaching Assistant \n\nLocation: Sydenham Hill, Southwark,\n\nStart Date: January 2026 - July 2026 \n Contract: Full-Time\n Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM\n\nSalary: £90 -£103 per day\n\nAre you a dynamic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a vibrant primary school environment? Sanza are proudly working in partnership with a friendly and welcoming 4 form entry primary school in Southwark who are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and support pupils across EYFS - KS1 \n\nSEN Teaching Assistant Role Overview:\n\nProvide individual and small group support to students in EYFS - KS1\nAssist in the delivery of tailored speech and language programs and interventions.\nWork closely with speech and language therapists, teachers, and parents to track progress and adapt strategies.\nSupport classroom activities and promote effective communication skills among students.\nHelp create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. \n\nSEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:\n\nProven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of speech and language development.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children\nExperience working collaboratively with therapists and educators.\nRelevant qualifications in Speech and Language Support or a related field are preferred.\nA proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
