SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Mile End, Tower Hamlets, to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs linked to ASC from September 2025 through to July 2026.
About the Role:
Full-time SEN TA position for the entire academic year Based within a specialist SEN provision for children aged 5-11 Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver structured, personalised support Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help children engage with learning and social development Support emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs in a nurturing environment Be part of a team that celebrates every small milestone and supports long-term progress Who We're Looking For:
