The Rise Partnership Trust is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support some outstanding SEN schools in the Brent area.\n\nAs part of our bank staff team, you'll have the opportunity to work across our schools on a flexible, as-needed basis — perfect for those seeking variety, experience in different settings, or a role that fits around other commitments.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nSupport pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.\nWork closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.\nAssist in implementing individual learning programmes, behaviour support plans, and personal care routines.\nFoster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in all learners.\nWe’re Looking For\n\nPrevious experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)\nA compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nFlexibility to work across different classes and schools within the Trust as required.\nA willingness to learn and adapt\nIf you are interested in joining our bank of staff, please apply now and a member of The Supply Register Team will be in touch
