Overview
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across our mainstream primary schools within the Egham area. The ideal educator would have experience working either 1-1 or within small groups of students either in a mainstream primary or SEN School. We are currently working with an abundance of schools and can accommodate for staff with varying levels of availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 support to a student or small group work within a resource base
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.
- Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
Key Requirements
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
