Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Building positive, trusting relationships that help students thrive
Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to create a calm, structured environment
Using de-escalation strategies and proactive support to keep learning on track
What we're looking for:
Experience with SEMH, behaviour support, or transferable youth/care work
Strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach
Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to making an impact
Availability to start immediately
