Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in the development and delivery of motivational and engaging educational activities.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters inclusivity and respect.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
• A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and patient approach to student support.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs education are preferred.
