Job Summary Aspire People is currently recruiting for two passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join special educational needs (SEN) schools in Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. These full-time roles offer the opportunity to support pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder (ASC), ADHD, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support or assist with small group interventions for students with complex needs, including ASC, ADHD, and PMLD
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
Support pupils with personal care needs (if required), ensuring their dignity and safety at all times
Help students to develop social, emotional, and academic skills through tailored support strategies
Provide guidance in managing behavioural challenges in a calm, consistent, and positive manner
