About the Role As part of the school's inclusive support team, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to KS2 pupils with autism and additional complex needs. Work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and external professionals. Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports both academic and emotional development. Use your prior SEN experience to adapt learning materials and implement behaviour and communication strategies effectively.
