Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to support EHCP targets
Promote positive behaviour and encourage engagement in learning and school activities
Help maintain a safe, nurturing and supportive classroom environment
