The role – SEN Teaching Assistant
A specialist secondary SEN school in Islington is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. You will support students with ASD through one-to-one and small group work, helping them access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will help deliver EHCP targets, support behaviour management, and contribute to a structured, positive learning environment. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will play a key role in promoting student engagement, independence, confidence, and emotional resilience.
