We're looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with compassion and resilience to support children with complex needs in St Albans . These long-term roles are perfect for anyone with a background in mental health, care work, or challenging behaviour environments. About the Schools Our partner schools are structured yet nurturing, offering calm, sensory-rich classrooms with high staff-to-pupil ratios. They value consistency, creativity, and whole-child development. Key Responsibilities One-on-one or small group support
Communication and emotional regulation assistance
Physical or personal care support as needed
Collaborate with families and specialists
Maintain daily records and support goal tracking
What You Bring Experience in SEN, residential care, youth work or psychology
Ability to de-escalate and remain calm in challenging scenarios
Excellent team ethic and proactive problem-solving
DBS (or willingness to apply)
