We are recruiting empathetic and skilled tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, and other core subjects to learners with additional needs.
Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available) Location: Southampton and surrounding areas Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
How You’ll Make a Difference

Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs

Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
*
Create a structured and encouraging learning environment
*
Deliver tuition in homes or community settings
*
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and sustained progress
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in SEN/SEND, mentoring, youth work, or education
*
Ability to teach primary and/or secondary learners
*
Based in Southampton with access to local travel
*
Reliable, adaptable, and nurturing professionals
*
Strong safeguarding and child protection awareness
